Following the resounding success of Chapter 1: BREAD SERVICE, we’re thrilled to unveil the next chapter in Reboot’s journey.

From November through February, Reboot will be hosting a series of immersive pop-up experiences across select restaurants in Montreal. Over the past five months, we’ve been quietly crafting new menus, animations, and multisensory experiences designed to elevate the way our guests engage with food and storytelling.

Prepare to be transported by a 14-course tasting menu paired with animated dinner sequences that blur the line between cuisine and performance.
